Single Payment Scheme 2012 deadlines and reminders
Deadline for applications was yesterday 15 May.
Certain amendments can be made without penalty until 31 May (such as adding land parcels). More information can be found at rpa.defra.gov.uk/sps2012
Late applications will be subject to penalties of 1% per working day until 9 June. We cannot accept applications after that date.

Reminder to customers who have used our online services:
We have a small number of customers who have registered and started to use SPS Online but have not submitted an electronic application. We ask customers to check they have received an on screen acknowledgement that their application has been received and a follow up e-mail receipt. If they have not got one of these it may be because they have not yet submitted their application successfully. If a customer is not sure their application has been received they can check online or by telephoning 0845 603 7777 and following the prompts. Where possible we have sent reminders by e-mail and we will continue to try to contact these customers.
