09/03/10 ~ RLE 1 Guidance booklet updated

The RLE 1 booklet provides guidance on completing your RLE 1 for registering or making changes to land or for transferring entitlements. RLE 1 Guidance contains a step by step guide for completing the RLE 1. It has been updated to include changes from the CAP Health check and guidance on how to add or amend permanent ineligible features for SPS.
