Changes to the RPA website
It is several years since the initiative was launched to rationalise and reduce the number of Government websites. RPA is now making changes to its website (www.rpa.gov.uk) as part of this. The main change will be phasing out the URL – the web address www.rpa.gov.uk. It will be replaced by a new one (rpa.defra.gov.uk). We will set up a redirection for a while so anyone using the current web address is sent to the new one but once this happens, you may find it easier to bookmark the new site for your next visit.
Another part of this change is to update the way the site looks so that it uses the same style template as the Defra website. This means the information on the RPA website will be presented in a slightly different way on the page but all the content is the same.
We expect these two changes to happen in early February but we will keep you updated through the website
