16/07/2009 ~ RPA publishes 2009/10 Business Plan

The Rural Payments Agency (RPA) 2009-2010 Business Plan has been published on the RPA website.

The Plan places particular emphasis on building on the progress the Agency made in 2008-2009.

Tony Cooper, RPA’s Chief Executive said,

‘Our main priorities for 2009-2010 continue to be improvement of our customer service, effectiveness and efficiency’.
