2005 Entitlements and Reference Amounts
2005 was the first year of the Single Payment Scheme (SPS), and the year that entitlements were established. Entitlements are usually based on a flat rate element and a historic element. To calculate the historic element you will need to calculate your historic reference amount, and then modify this amount using the information declared on your 2005 SPS application form. The links below allow you to calculate your reference amount from your Information Statement (SP1) and then to calculate your entitlements.
