1. Notice to Traders 10/07 informed you of the revised procedure for the issue of paper licences. This notice is to inform you of further changes to that procedure.
2. RPA currently issues paper licences by the following methods:-
- Non–quota, full duty and non-advance fixed refund paper licences are sent by first class post.
- Quota, reduced duty and advance fixed licences are sent by first class recorded delivery.
3. Difficulties have occurred with traceability of licences sent to addresses outside of the UK.
4. RPA will no longer send paper licences to addresses outside of the UK. Licences will only be sent to UK addresses.
5. You may arrange to have paper licences collected from the RPA Newcastle office in person or by courier (at your own expense).
