2007 Single Payment Scheme (SPS) Application form and guidance

RPA has now despatched all 2007 SPS application forms to English farmers and growers who hold entitlements. Farmers who have not received a form are asked to call the RPA Customer Service Centre (CSC).

Farmers are urged to check the pre-printed information contained on the forms and amend it where necessary. This information is particularly relevant to farmers who have been involved in a dual claim or a transfer of entitlements during the past eighteen months.

For 2007, RPA will only be able to accept field data information submitted on original RPA Field Data Sheets. In previous years, field data submitted on non-original forms caused difficulties and delays as it needed to be manually keyed in, which increased the risk of errors.

A letter, guidance notes and reply envelope are enclosed with the application form.
