21/04/06 ~ SPS 2006 application form update
We are aware that a number of 2006 application forms have been issued to customers without pre-populated land and entitlement information. We expect to send those affected a pre-populated form by the end of April — although you can, if you prefer, complete the form you’ve already been sent.
A number of additional blank Field Data continuation sheets will also be included in these mailings and extra sheets can be ordered from the Customer Service Centre (CSC) on 0845 603 7777. The CSC can also help with general enquiries about the Single Payment Scheme.
We are now mailing out the last of the personalised 2006 application forms and they should all be delivered by the end of April. If you have not received a form by then, please contact the CSC and they will post one to you.
As a contingency measure, in order to ensure no eligible applicant misses out, we are also arranging for blank forms and continuation sheets to be available at our RPA Centres from 28 April. They will also be published on the RPA website on Friday, suitable for printing and completing.
