Change to the Arrangements for Submitting Import Licence Applications Under Commission Regulations (EC) No. 2058/96, 955/2005, 1964/2006 and 1002/2007
Introduction
1. This notice is to inform you of changes to the arrangements for submitting import licence applications under Commission Regulations (EC) No. 2058/96, 955/2005, 1964/2006 and 1002/2007.
Applications
2. The earliest date applications may be submitted in 2009, under order numbers 09.4079, 09.4094, 09.4097 and 09.4517, is 1 January 2009.

3. Applications may be submitted until no later than 12 noon on 11 December 2009.

4. Applications under order numbers 09.4097 and 09.4517 must be submitted by 12 noon each Friday. Applications under these order numbers must be submitted with the quantity stated in kilograms. Licences will be issued on the eighth working day following the Friday in the week in which the application was submitted.
Withdrawal of Applications
5. If the publication of a reduction coefficient, under order numbers 09.4094, 09.4097 and 09.4517, results in your licence being issued for less than 20 tonnes, you may withdraw your application. However, you must inform us within two days of the publication of the reduction coefficient.
