29/02/08 - Private Storage Aid: Pigmeat - Notice to Traders No: 14/08
1. This notice is to inform you that in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No. 179/2008 of 29 February 2008, extensions to the duration of private storage contracts in the pigmeat sector are available on request.
2. Applications to extend the duration of private storage contracts should be submitted no later than 3 working days before the end of the agreed storage period.
3. The storage period will be extended for a maximum of 3 months and will relate to the entire quantity stored under the contract concerned.
4. You will find details of these arrangements in Commission Regulation (EC) No 179/2008 published in Official Journal L56/2008. Copies are obtainable from Stationery Office bookshops, accredited agents, or ordered from the Stationery Office website (www.tso.co.uk).
