04/03/08 - Private Storage Aid: Butter - Notice to Traders No: 16/08
1. This notice is to inform you of 1. of
revisions to form MS/BPS/1 Storage contract for the private storage of butter.
2. You may submit your applications from 1 March 2008 in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No. 105/2008.
3. Form MS/BPS/1 Storage contract for the private storage of butter has been revised and is now available on the RPA website. This is an electronic version and must be used for all 2008 applications.
4. Contract numbers must be assigned by the applicant. This should be a unique number and must be presented in the following format:
Contract numbers should be sequential, for example PSB/223344/0001, PSB/223344/0002, PSB/223344/0003.
5. Should you wish to participate in the scheme you are advised to read the Agency’s explanatory leaflet IM(L)19 before submitting an application. The leaflet is available on the RPA website www.rpa.gov.uk under RPA Schemes > Private Storage Aid Schemes > Private Storage Aid: Butter and Skimmed Milk Powder (SMP) > Forms or you can contact one of the numbers below.
6. You will find details of these arrangements in Commission Regulation (EC) No. 157/2008 published in Official Journal L48/08. Copies may be obtained from Stationery Office bookshops, accredited agents, or ordered from the Stationery Office website
