Procedure for Electronic Application for Certificates
PEACH is used to obtain a certificate of conformity from RPA Horticultural Marketing Inspection. All consignments of regulated produce from outside the EC must have a certificate of conformity prior to entry to the EC.

The import of Fresh Fruit and vegetables from third countries outside the EC for consumption fresh or for subsequent processing is regulated by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 543/2011.
