What can you use SPS Online for?
Make a Claim
The Make a Claim service is now open for the 2012 scheme year. This free-to-use service allows you to download your claim data, edit it and send your application to RPA electronically. You will see an on-screen acknowledgement and we will email you a receipt.
To see the improvements we have made to the Make a Claim service for 2012, click here
To log in to SPS Online, click here. Existing users will need their Government Gateway user ID and password. If you are a new user, you will need your SBI (or PI if you are an agent) and Personal Identification Number (PIN) – see How to Use this Service.
Track the progress of your claim
The Track Claims service allows farmers and agents to see the status of SPS applications submitted from the 2009 scheme year onwards. With ‘Track Claims’ you can:
- Track the progress of your claim regardless of whether you submitted the application electronically (using SPS Online or a farm software package) or on the paper SP5 form. A claim made online will normally be visible in Track Claims immediately after submission. A claim made on paper will normally be visible two days after it was received at RPA.
- Check the progress of your claim when ever you want without needing to contact us.
View your statements
The View Statements service allows farmers and agents to view Claim and Entitlements Statements issued from the 2009 scheme year onwards. With ‘View Statements’ you can:
- View online a PDF version of all Claim and Entitlements Statements we have sent to you for the 2009 scheme year onwards.
- Save the PDF to another application, or print it.
Update your contact details
You can use the ‘Update Your Details’ link in SPS Online to:
- Supply or change your email address. This is the email address to which we will send the receipt when you submit a claim online.
- Notify RPA of changes to your business name, contact name, postal address and telephone numbers. Please note that these changes will not take effect instantly, and we may need to seek confirmation from a person with an appropriate level of empowerment for the SBI.
