Felling of trees (GAEC 16)



The aim of these rules is to protect trees because they are important habitat and landscape features.

A. You must not

  1. fell a tree without a felling licence, where a licence is required1;
  2. fail to comply with licence conditions, a restocking notice, enforcement notice or directions served on you2.
