1. When will I be told about my allocation of new entitlements?
A: We will send you a 2009 Entitlements Statement as soon as your new entitlements are established. We expect this to be in spring 2010. If you have already received your Entitlements Statement, we will send you an updated statement when the new entitlements are established.
2. Why does my 2009 Entitlements Statement show ‘n/a’ in the new entitlements section at Part C?
A: We have not yet finished processing your application for new entitlements (form SP20).
We will send you an updated statement once we have established your new entitlements or, if your application is unsuccessful, we will write to explain why we cannot establish the new entitlements you applied for.
3. Are there any problems with my application for new entitlements?
A: We will complete our checks on your application as soon as we can, and you will not hear from us whilst we are doing this unless we find a problem. If we find a problem will write to you, or telephone.
4. Where can I find more information?
A: Our website (www.rpa.gov.uk/new-entitlements) contains information about new entitlements and our contact details, as well as full details of the SPS.
