What we expect of you


Our staff are here to help, and are committed to providing good customer service. We will treat you with respect, and expect you to do the same.

We will not tolerate threatening or abusive behaviour towards our staff, either verbally, physically or in writing, and will take whatever action is necessary (including legal action) against any person who is involved in threatening or abusive behaviour.

If you are not happy with any part of our service you can contact us by e-mail, letter or telephone. It will help us to investigate your case if you set out the facts as fully as possible and give us your Single Business Identifier (SBI), if you have one.

For the Single Payment Scheme you should telephone 0845 6037777 or send an

For Cattle Tracing (BCMS) you should telephone 0845 0501234 or send an e-mail
to bcms-enquiries@bcms.rpa.gsi.gov.uk.
