20/03/2009 Update to the Advisory Note of 11/03/2009 below
EU Regulation 230/2009 has now been published, giving effect to the recommendation below. The deadline for submission of March claims is now 30 April. Scheme literature will be amended as necessary to reflect this change.
11/03/2009 Advisory Note
Following a recent EU meeting the Management Committee responsible for the Dried Fodder sector have recommended extending the April deadline for receipt of March claims from the 15th to the 30th April, thus allowing an extra two weeks submission time.
However, as no associated EU Regulation has yet been published this suggested amendment is NOT YET APPLICABLE.
The RPA intends to confirm (by email) to scheme customers as/when the Regulation is published and the change takes effect: however, until such advise is issued the deadline currently remains at 15th April.
