Regulations Governing the Scheme
The following regulations apply with effect from 1 April 2005, and relate to eligible fodder produced and disposed of after that date. Details of the application of these regulations can be found in the Scheme Guide.
Council Regulation (EC) 1234/2007 (as amended)
